I phoned on a weekend about my electric oven that had stopped working and a visit was scheduled and took place on the Monday morning. They phoned to give 20 minutes notice of arrival and the engineer arrived at the said time. Most efficiently, the oven was opened up and problem (circuit board and thermostat) identified very quickly. As it was an old model I had to wait until later in the day before spare parts were located - they would take 3-4 days to arrive. Parts fitted promptly - all working. Most polite and efficient all through. Great customer service

Very prompt delivery and repair

On 16/06/25 an Engineer came to assess the problem with my dishwasher. He was rather abrupt in his manner. However he identified a problem and said that he needed to order a new hose to replace the existing hose. He said the company would phone me when the part had arrived. On 20/06/25 the company phoned me to say the part had arrived. We then agreed a time for the Engineer to come and fix the new hose to the dishwasher which was on 20/06/25 between 13.00 - 18.00 pm. The Engineer never pitched up. I have left 2 messages on their phone to phone me back. I am still waiting for a reply.

Prompt response to enquiry. The engineer called 2 days later and identified the problem. Part was ordered and replaced all in the same week. Happy with the service provided.

The engineer communicated really well and carried out the work efficiently.

They did exactly what they said they would do, turned up spot on time, and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Very professional.
