  Efficiency meets high-quality

  Hamid and his team recently completed a full roof replacement and internal decorating works at my property. They were reliable, hardworking, and communicated well throughout the project. The work was completed on time, the site was kept tidy, and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. The quality of the roofing and decorating was very good, and the property looks significantly better as a result. Fair pricing, honest advice, and a team I would happily use again and recommend to others.

  Very poor quality of work, argumentative and lack of professional standards.

  Amir presented genuine builder. he produced liability insurance and evidence of his previous works. I offered him to reinstall floor joists in the toilet and bathroom, to renovate bathroom, toilet and Kitchen. Including electrical works. Surprising I started noticing mistakes, poor quality work and electrical works not done to the standards with less involvement with electrician, poor plumbing, poor plastering, when i keep point out his poor quality of work he became argumentative, inconsistent.

  Easy to give a 5 star recommendation to local builder Amir Ltd. This year they transformed our large garage (come junk room!) into one of the finest rooms in our home, with terrific attention to detail and excellent management of client relationships throughout. The result is below, and we couldn't speak more highly of the whole team. Special thanks to Amir,who led the team on site, and of course Jonathan, Sharon and Rosie who offer the professionalism and caring that the best family businesses excel at.
