David came to my rescue when I lost all power to my sockets, upstairs and down. He managed to isolate the offending circuit and was able to get two sockets to work which at least meant I could work. The following day he returned to fault find and found the fault. He kept me informed throughout the process. Job location: PO3On arrival Dave quickly got things back up and running and traced the fault to the extension. As there was no power to the extension he set up a work around to ensure that the boiler and central heating were available and made arrangements to return on the next working day to fault find. Having returned power was restored to the whole ground floor and boiler identified as likely cause. The Velux skylight isolation switches were found to be in the roof space. Dave located them and moved them outside and tested the boxes. He also replaced a badly wired isolation switch for the power shower.10 Lost all electric in the house

Half our house’s electric had blown. Dave was exceptionally helpful in fitting us in quickly and provided a thorough service. Not knowing anything about electrics it was a relief to find someone who was able find the fault and explain what the issue was. The fee was very reasonable.
