Garage conversion to bedroom and downstairs bathroom
Richard and Darren were fantastic throughout. Great communication, friendly, polite, helpful and respected the COVID guidelines. The quality of the finished job is excellent, we're really pleased and are looking forward to using their services again! Any issues that surfaced were resolved fast with no problems whatsoever.

New porch and laying of new flooring throughout the downstairs
From design to build, we were very pleased with Localhand builders. Richard communicated with us every step of the way and both he and Darren had some great ideas to offer. The quality of their work is excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and are happy to recommend them. The delay to completion of our porch was due to a delay to obtaining the new front door following lockdown!

New bathroom and replacing of gutters
Quick, clean, small space but respected covid rules. Kept me informed and tackled a challenging final tile on the project with attention to detail.
