Horrible experiences
He installed a new boiler for me and I purchased every equipment as he ordered. A few weeks later, there was an issue with the boiler and I messaged him several time and he just ignored, NO reply. Last week boiler stopped working and I messaged him. Again he ignored, NO reply. It was cold and I contacted manufacturer, to use my warranty and I was told the installer had not registered my boiler and so my 5 years warranty is invalid! I called him with another number and managed to catch him. He promised to check his system and get back to me "AFTER LUNCH". Disappeared again since then.

Serviced our boiler, flushed our underfloor heating system...
Joao serviced our boiler, flushed the underfloor heating system, fixed the issue concerning our underfloor heating and replaced the electrics with a new thermostat. Joao came by for a quote last week and was able to fix and complete the job a few days later. He was punctual, tidy very polite and most importantly trustworthy. I would use his company again without hesitation.
