  Large patio

I had a large patio laid. The original cocrete base had to be removed and a new base built. I then had large slabs laid and drainage. I am very happy with the results. They were here every day continuing work until it was finished. The site was always tidy whilst the work was carried out. My requests were always acted on. I have now asked for a quote on more landscaping in the garden given that i was very impressed with the work ethic and results and would highly recommend to my friends.

Installing slabs on a pre existing patio base. And correcting a few DIY errors.

Brilliant, 10/10. Communication was really clear, went above and beyond to help and fit the job in at very short notice. Standard of finish is very good, would highly recommended and would use again.

I found Philip Smith and his staff very diligent and polite.

I engaged Local Landscapes SE Ltd to clear neglected rear garden and remove bamboo which had spread throughout the garden. It was also necessary to put in a new section of fence. The whole garden was rotated and prepared for grass seeding.

  Driveway, patio and fencing

Philip and team cleaned and relaid our block paving front drive, cleaned and repointed a crazy paving patio, dug out and replaced a fence, repointed brickwork, and fixed some smaller things. They were punctual, tidy, communicated well, and were inventive in finding ways to solve unexpected issues. Above all they were careful and clearly took pride in doing a good job. We are very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

Easy, high quality patio extension and fence repair

Submitted and enquiry online and got a call back the next day. Came to quote a couple of days later, reasonable price quoted, started and finished the day after. Very quick and responsive. We had a patio extension, filled in a flower bed and put concrete spurs on some wobbly fence posts. All work carried out to a high standard, everything was very straightforward and we are very happy with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend.

They did a great job advising on the correct ways to make an older patio safe and relaying and repairing areas to a high standard where needed. Very knowledgeable on the subject straight forward quoting and delivered the work with a team to the time outlined. Would use them again without hesitation.
