Jim responded to my request very promptly and we were able to arrange for him to visit the property the next day. A quote was provided over the phone and this was adhered to. Jim kept in touch on the day of the visit and arrived on schedule. Jim carried out the work required efficiently and kept me informed of the options to complete the job. Very pleased with overall result.

My door handle suddenly began spinning and the mechanism inside completely broke overnight. I phoned Jim and Harry came out and helped me secure the door temporarily until a more permanent solution could be sorted. They also spent the time putting heads together to figure out how it could have happened which was extremely helpful. All in all, these blokes are knowledgeable, kind, understanding (didn't put pressure eon me for super expensive solution in the spot) and patient when it turned out to be a bigger pain than initially thought. I recommend these blokes with no hesitation!
