    Absolutely wonderful

    Rob went above and beyond explained everything too me Rang me too let me know he was on his way and turned up when he said he would Plus rob did an added little job on my patio lock whilst he was here. No added cost I could not recommend Rob enough. He is fantastic

    Rob fixed our door’s busted mechanism.

    Rob got in touch within an hour of my job posting, he offered a great quote and stuck to it once the job was done. He explained exactly what had happened, why and how he’s fixed it. Great guy, if we ever have any other lock or door issues, he’ll be our first call.

    Checking all window locks/alignment, replacing handles, checking patio door

    I recommend Rob for any needs with windows and doors ; after our initial problem was sorted we had him back to check everything else in the house. Professional, punctual, courteous and came back when some remedial work was needed (manufacturer fault). Top class.

    Great experience with this locksmith. They were friendly, arrived on time, and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently. Explained what needed doing in a clear, straightforward way and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Really helpful and easy to deal with—would happily recommend and use again.
