The locksmith turned up and tried to upsell me a new lock then charge me £140 just to take some screws out. I called the office to ask about pricing and they claim it’s all in the hands of the technician and there was no ‘management’ to discuss it with. Finally they dropped the price by £20 and didn’t fix the issue to my satisfaction. Fulfilled every stereotype you hear about ‘emergency locksmiths’. Honestly, use with someone else.

Paul arrived on time and quickly sorted the problem with our front door. He then moved on to realign the patio doors at the back of the house. The work was done to a high standard at a good price. We will definitely call Paul again if the need arises.
