Well… this Company started off really well. Cameron, the owner really sold a good reliable service, with staff in uniform and turning up on time. The maid sent was friendly, thorough and will call if she needed anything. Sadly, she was unable to continue and was replaced by a second maid, who was also friendly. She attended once. The next booking was a no show, despite having paid for the service. As would be expected, attempts were make to contact Cameron but despite numerous attempts not one call, email or message has been returned. No refunds, no explanation, no apologies, disappointed

Was really happy with the initial phone call and the terms in which the company works, the Clenaer arrived and was very professional and friendly and did a great job. I like the fact I can amend the clean online and speak to someone all the time at the office who are super friendly people.
