    Pump for gas boiler

    I phoned him and he came round within 15 minutes even though it was 5 o’clock Saturday afternoon. He determined the pump had gone so I had no heating and was round Sunday morning at 9 with a new one which he fitted and it has worked perfectly since.

    Mains water pipe leaking in the loft.

    First class service. We got up early in the morning of Christmas Eve to find our upstairs little toilet fludded and water was leaking from the loft through the light fitting. I telephoned your company at 07:30 am and immediately my call was answered by Alan (who I understand is the companie's owner). He advised me that he would make some calls and come back to me soon. Within 10 minutes he called back and advised me that a plumber will be with us within the hour. And indeed a gentleman turned up and fixed the problem. The charges were just a normal callout, no extra for for being Christmas eve

    The tradesperson advised on best course of action and then did the job as agreed . Only issue, they are paperless so over a week later, I am still waiting for the invoice + receipt.

    Good communication. I liked use of WhatsApp to send photos. I was kept informed about ordering the replacement tap and they were quick to come out and fit once part received. Plumber was courteous, efficient and tidy. Local Plumbers are my go to company for plumbing issues.

    My gas fire was not igniting

    Mark was super helpful, efficicient knew his stuff and got my fire working very quickly. He carried out my annual boiler service too recently and again very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend.
