Excellent service for internal wall painting

Had a great time with Local Property Solutions. George was the fastest on here to respond and kept in contact well, they arrived on the dot. Their experience was vital, in finding the right paint i needed. Barry has applied a great finish to both the walls i asked for. He really went over and above to tidy up after. They explain everything really thoroughly and that allowed me to get on with working from home. Would certainly use them again and highly recommend, it was a great experience.

  Brick / Concrete Structural Repairs

Replaced the stairs that were falling apart.

Very happy with our external stair replacement. The quote was prompt and clearly itemised, and when I changed my mind from replacing the existing slabs to new ones, they adjusted it quickly and gave helpful advice on slab options. I shared some examples that I was considering and they gave me prompt feedback on thickness, material, and durability which was welcomed. Communication was excellent throughout. Someone from the team accepted the slab delivery while I was at work, and they kept me updated on progress, including delays from the post-heatwave rain. The onsite crew were polite, upbeat (even working through light rain), and took real care with the pavement and pedestrians around the work. When finished, they removed all excess materials and left the front garden tidy. The new stairs have already taken a beating from kids opening coconuts on them and a car nearly crashing and I’m confident that they are built to last a good while. Happy with my choice and with the work. Overall, a very positive experience, and I'd happily recommend them. Great team and look forward to working with them again! Pictures show before, the cracks in the old slabs, in-progress, and the after.

  Exterior painting

The team did a great job with the exterior painting, very thorough and went out of their way to solve woodwork problems as they arose. Kept me in touch with expected activities.
