Leakage leading to damp upstairs, rebuild flaunching and repoint chimney. Re line lead and supply and insert new felt to stop water penetrating into building. I have had to have this work re done by another firm as the lead wasn't re lined and there there was no felt inserted as stated in the quote. The area around the chimney was left with rubble from the mortar.

Beware! Company gave me a quote and then once work alledgedly commenced, increased cost considerably stating all tiles were badly damaged and needed to be replaced. They stated they had cleaned the roof, removed all tiles and added an eve tray to make roof watertight. When I arrived at the property no work had been done yet the company stated they had visited 3 times and spent half a day working. When I visited no work had taken place.

Lads were very helpful on a cold day, repairs to the ridge tiles done and some emergency temporary tile repairs on first visit as they couldn't get the tiles as it was during the Christmas break but returned once they sourced the tiles and repaired them. Overall experience great.

It has been a really pleasant experience using these guys local roofing came out when they said they would on time Fixed the leak on my roof at a really reasonable cost would highly recommend

Local roofing team did fantastic work on my property they supplied and fitted a new rubber roof on my house they supplied me with all before and after pictures to show me the work that had been carried out and I can say I was impressed would definitely recommend this friendly professional team thank you team

I must say local roofing was recommended by a family friend and they did not disappoint us. We’ve been having a lot of problems with our chimney. We have had other companies out to repair it but still had the same problem. Timing time again these guys have come out and done a wonderful job, it has been five weeks and we have not had one problem really happy with their work cheers guys
