Kitchen fitting for dishwasher
The person I dealt with was very efficient. He arrived at the time he said he would, and did not go back on his word regarding price, as he did not have an available part with him, and although he tried to do something else as an alternative in order to save time, he decided that he would actually go get the part needed, as he did not want any accidents to occur due to the alternative being used. He was also very kind and helpful, and said that he would happily come back if I ran into any difficulties when I get my dishwasher. I could not fault him at all.

Toilet flush repair
The plumber kept in touch as to his time of arrival, and arrived as he said he would. He was polite, explained the issue and went out to get the required part. He made the repair and left everything neat and clean. He was courteous and communicated well throughout.
