The experience was very good in all respects. I dealt initially with Steve and then with John, who came and did the work. They responded really quickly and we're easy to communicate with, with John keeping in touch to update arrival time, etc. He was able to attend to the leak without any undue delay and did a good, thorough job. He explained the details clearly and charged a reasonable price. I would recommend this company for a reliable, friendly and effective service that is able to respond quickly to urgent situations.

They were very good communicators. Quick, efficient, polite and tidy. Explaining all the time what they were changing and why. Good rate for OAPs. If need be will use them again.

The guys were very efficient, great job at moving the radiator and did all necessary checks. Ensured I was kept up to date along the way and left everything tidy. Highly recommend

Professional and very knowledgable! Talked me through the job, really happy and installed dishwasher successfully which required a workaround due to pipe fitting
