Great service replacing both front and rear doo locks after I bought a house. Thoroughly recommend the firm.

At 8:30 I called Adam to ask if he could attend to fix a broken door mechanism. He advised he had 2 other jobs in the morning and would call me when he had an ETA but expected to be with me by lunchtime. At 11:30 he called to advise he would be with me by 12 and he was there exactly when he said. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me options on how to resolve it. The work was completed within an hour and it’s fair to say I was a very happy customer. Not only was his workmanship top notch but he was also a nice guy who was very personable. Highly recommend.

Very good install and quick. Helpful and friendly

Adam was prompt, friendly and highly efficient. We had an emergency lock issue with our Upvc front door. Adam attended our property, quickly opened the door, which previously would not unlock, identified the problem and fixed it. Adam also provided advice as our door is quite old. Would not hesitate in booking Adam’s services again. Highly recommended!
