Excellent service. Chris arrived same day exactly when he said he would. He and his colleague sorted my front door locking (or not) issue and charged a fair price.

After my front door was banged shut by a sudden breeze i tealised i was locked out. After several tries to open the back door. Which was impossible my kind neighbour rang the locksmith. Chris Cavanah. His office i about 10 miles away and by then it was 8,30 pm. Much to my delight he arrived in 15 minutes and opened my door in a few seconds without doing any damage at all. This was such a relief as I had feared the glass in the door might need to be broken. I was very impressed at the speedy arrival and efficiency of his service, not forgetting his friendly smile! We used this locksmith before to change our locks when we moved in. He came to look at two of our UPVC doors that were stiff and not closing/locking easily. Both are now completely fixed. Excellent service, reasonably priced and very helpful.
