I had tenants locked inside a house, due to a faulty door lock. Neil from Lockfast answered my call straight away, early on a Saturday morning. Arrived within the hour, sourced a new lock mechanism locally, and completed the work, before my tenants had to leave for work. Neil was amazing. Polite on the phone. Quick to respond. Quoted me 20 mins but was there in 10 mins. Opened the door straight away without a fuss. Made another key up for us while here too.
