Alan was very easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable and helpful. He came out to fix locks on patio door (although very difficult to fix - Alan came up with alternative solution which was brilliant!). Alan also provided advice for other windows and did an all round fab job! Would highly recommend and will definitely be getting in touch with Alan for further jobs as needed.
