One happy customer
Ian arrived at stated time. He fixed a UPVC door which was proving extremely difficult to close and then to lock. The door is now perfect and I am very happy with his work and the final result. He is also a very sociable individual who charged me what I considered a very reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

Knowledgeable and professional. Excellent job carried. Highly recommended
Ian got to me within 45 mins of my call, which on a Friday is no mean feat in Hereford! He gave me best case and worst case scenario prices on the phone to give me an idea on cost.He took the time to explain what had caused the problem and was really thorough in his fix and after checks. Very knowledgeable and professional. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks Ian .

Emergency repair
Lock on patio doors jammed over bank holiday weekend. Very quick response and professional service. Installed temporary repair at no charge whilst replacement parts on order. Came back and fitted new parts at very reasonable charge. As a landlord I deal with a lot of trades people. Have to say that Ian was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend unreservedly. Happy customer.

Welfare emergency call out
Ian was fantastic, after receiving my call he was very swift and had installed three new locks to keep us safe. He encountered some issues with our rear door as it wasn't a standard type and he solved any problems easily. He even made recommendations to upgrade our security which was really helpful! Fitting new door lock
Ian was fantastic, responding very quickly to my distress call as I had left my door key at my holiday accommodation. He was a very polite and helpful, informing me of what he was doing as he was working. A very tidy worker, and filling me with confidence of his abilities.
