  Had a bit of an emergency due to going on holiday. Contacted Hans, he gave us a cost which was fine, came the same day. The locking mechanism (gear) had gone. Although the product is no longer made, he was able to source it, in the meantime, he made the existing lock safe and usable. Came back as promised, at the same time we ordered a class 3 lock for each of 2 doors, again, he'd quoted us a price. Very good, efficient and clean, a few weeks later everything is good. Think, if we could give him 6 stars, that's how good he was. No, he's not family or a friend.

  Replacement of lock barrels

  Called on Wednesday and came out first thing Friday morning to replace two lock barrels for me, would have come same day if needed but wasn’t urgent. Would highly recommend

  When we realised we had a problem with one of locks I didn't hesitate to contact Hans. He was very responsive, advised us on what the issue was and our options, and was flexible to arrange fitting of a new lock around our availability. We ended up getting a second lock done at the same time because of the good service and quality of workmanship.

  Lock aorted/ door realignment

  Had trouble with our door handle/lock for a couple of days. Called Hans for service at 9pm as we were nearly locked in the house. He turned up in 15mins, just in time as we could no longer open the door for him. Sorted the problem in a couple of minutes, now our door is smooth and can now be easily locked/unlocked. He accepts card payment as well which was brilliant because we didnt need to get out to get cash. Five stars, Will recommend.

  Bi-fold door locked shut

  Very professional and friendly. Immediately put my mind at rest the lock could be fixed. Arrived sameday and had all tools and spares necessary. Highly recommend
