    Would happily use this company again.

    Back door wouldn't open due to a tampered lock. Hans kindly offered to review the issue arrived less then 30 mins later and replaced the lock. Excellent service. Would happily use again and intend too!

    Lock mechanism replacement

    Five stars for Hans, the man who turned my doors into Fort Knox (with better handles) Hans replaced the interior door handles and locking mechanisms in my house, and the work was excellent. Every latch clicks with satisfying precision, and my doors now close with a confident little thunk that makes me feel more in control of my life than I actually am. His communication was clear from the first call: what he'd do, how long it would take, and what it would cost. Then he did exactly that, which is rare in the trades. He also went above and beyond, tidying up and flagging a couple of things I hadn't noticed, all at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hans again. Highly recommended.

    Excellent service – highly recommended.

    Hans did an excellent job changing the locks on the doors at our new home. He was very professional, friendly and reliable from start to finish. He explained the different options, gave helpful advice and carried out the work efficiently. The new locks were fitted properly and everything was left neat and tidy afterwards. Communication was excellent and the whole process was straightforward. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the service provided.
