    Prompt and courteous

    Called marcelo out after I couldn’t open my back door. He was with me within 30 mins. He managed to get the lock out and fit a new lock for me. I’d only left the key in the back of the door hadn’t I. He was professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend him. I had visions of spending the night in my car.

    Marcelo was very professional and friendly. From the time he contacted me about my work he was very communicative and my problem was fixed in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend and use his services again if required.

    I snapped my key in my house door and couldn’t get it out so called up and Marcelo and he was able to get to me in 20 minutes to fix it. Can’t fault the service very quick and easy👍

    Replied same day, very pleasant manner. Marcelo assessed the job and explained what needed to be done. I have mobility problems so safety is an issue and I feel much better with my new door lock. Marcelo is a lovely man, very professional, and I would not hesitate to use him again. Top class job.
