Marcelo came to our rescue after we returned home from holiday early evening to find ourselves locked out of house with the key unable to open the door...looked up locksmiths on google and found Lock Fit in Swansea....we were in Port Talbot so gave it a try....phone was answered immediately by Marcelo who said he will be there shortly..He got here within 20 minutes..got his tools out of van and got to work on our door....it turned out that the door handle had not been fitted correctly by installer which Marcelo remedied with a spare fitting from his van. Thanks mate..you saved us!

Responded to my call immediately in spite of it being a bank holiday. Fixed the jammed lock and also carried out other repairs that needed doing, it being a twenty-five year old door. Door looks and works like new. Price very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call this technician again and recommend him highly.
