Excellent
Needed a backdoor lock replacing after it broke. Contacted late in the evening and immediate reply with a visit the next day. Gary obviously knows his stuff and clearly explained the process of replacing things and what had happened with the old lock. He carried out the work as he said he would, left everything tidy too! 100% recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: RG24
