Job location: RG23Gary came out the very next day even though not an urgent request and mended the lock on our patio door and at the same time updated it to meet British Standards. My 80 year old Dad had a problem locking his back door. I called Lockfit and had an appointment quickly organised for the next morning. Gary turned up bang on time and within a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem. He gave us a clear explanation of the issue and a short time later the problem was resolved. I called Gary when I locked myself out of my house. He responded very quickly and arrived at the house within 20 minutes. The problem was anything but straightforward, Gary tried several different techniques to sort things out and opened the door in 30 minutes. He worked methodically and calmly to find a solution.
