Jon provided a first class service. He went above and beyond what was expected. He was punctual, friendly, explained clearly what needed to be done to maintain the locks to avoid damage as well as looking at our door and noticing it was slanting to the left so got it adjusted to the point where we stopped getting the cold draft in, even though it wasn't even his responsibility to do so. I would highly recommend everyone to use Lockfit Bishop's Stortford if you ever get in a "door" jam! Thanks again Jon!
