We had been struggling to lock and unlock our conservatory door for months and it finally got to the point where it was impossible to lock it. I called Jamie who was with us within a few hours and in under 30 minutes, had resolved the problem for us. It has not worked so well in years! We cannot recommend Jamie highly enough!
