Front door lock was broken
What excellent service. Andy turned up approx 25 mins after calling him. He not only fixed the lock but also had new handles on the van which he fitted. Door now operates as it should. Gold star service.

Locked myself out , double glazed front door with a triple lock . Searched google for a locksmith
Even though he was busy , he assured me he would attend as soon as he finished the job he was on , he rang me to keep me in the loop on arrival he was professional and friendly, he informed me of the standard charge and explained any additional prices if the lock could not be saved . His charge was very competitive, and it was the best price l had been quoted, by at least 15% . He quickly got me into my house , He checked that the lock was working completely and asked if l was happy with the work . Would recommend this company to anyone who needs a locksmith 100% and would use him again

Gain entry to locked house and reset burglar alarm. Gain entrance to bedroom to locked bedroom
I called Andy because I was locked in my bedroom due to fault with the door handle. He came within 20 minutes of my phonecall, calling in on his way to another job, gained entry into the house, reset the alarm, and unlocked the bedroom door. Andy was extremely courteous, very professional, and was kind enough not to laugh at my predicament. He was polite and respectful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his company. Thank you Andy, you definitely saved the day.

Change a patio door lock with keys
Andy was friendly with great communication as he phoned to say he'd be a bit late due to heavy traffic. The work took very little time and I was surprised at the cost as I was expecting more. Highly recommended.

To replace a faulty front door lock
