    Jammed lock

    Great service from steve. He fixed the problem quickly and changed the gearbox without any issues. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommend!

    Steve was fantastic

    Steve has been brilliant. After our door mechanism was replaced it January it unfortunately developed a fault. One quick message and Steve was with us within 15mins. He identified that the part needed replacing and it was all done under guarantee and at no cost to us. Flawless service. This is the 3rd time we have called upon Steve (cheap doors on new builds...) and we will continue to hang onto his card in case we need him again.

    A very trustworthy person

    I would like to highly recommend Steve for his honesty and professional workmanship after being locked out of my house due to gearbox being broken iPhone Steve explain the situation was very professional in saying that if the gearbox was broken how much it was gonna be before you even come out it done his best to try and save me not buying a gearbox for my Door but it was knackered. This guy is so honest and down to earth goes the extra mile and very cheap and fair reliable. I would only recommend him to anyone if anyone’s got problems with their doors or locks, Mr. Roberts.
