He was the first person to - very quickly -respond to our Checkatrade request and arrived exactly at 8.30 the next morning as promised. He was very thorough in inspecting the porch door lock and mechanism. He was very helpful answering our questions, after offering options to solve the issue. We opted to have a new lock fitted, which Paul was able to do there and then. Fairly priced and also the convenience of being able to pay by card. Very friendly and polite, we were very impressed by Paul’s professionalism.

Paul came over today to have a look at door and mentioned there was an issue with our gearbox and within 30 minutes he had replaced the gearbox in the door and it was working as normal.
