  Excellent and helpful service. We got locked out on a bank holiday weekend Sunday morning and were in the house within 2 hours of calling. Highly recommend John and would not hesitate to call on him again.

  Replacing worn gear to door

  Fast reply to initial enquiry and arranged call out the next morning. Arrived on time investigated and found and explained the problem, had to order part but made door safe in the meantime. Part ordered and fitted successfully at agreed date and time. Cannot fault service and would definitely use again.

  Door stuck, release door and replace gearbox

  Back door was locked shut called John and 4 hours later he arrived opened the door and replaced the gearbox. He was friendly and polite throughout and the speed of the service great. I know who to call if I need a locksmith again and will tell friends and family if they need one too. Thanks again
