Door lock gearbox had broken, with the door locked shut. It needed opening and lock replacing
Nick was quick to respond to my enquiry (on a Saturday morning) and said he could come out Sunday (it wasn’t too urgent for us as door was locked). He rang shortly after to see if we were in, as he was on a call out and said he could come after that. He arrived promptly and talked me through the problem every step of the way. He was able to get the door undone and lock changed quickly. Nick is a really nice, approachable person, wanting to do the right thing by people. You’re saved in my phone for any future problems!!! Security locks
Nick arrived within hours of me contacting him as I live in my own and needed a patio door lock made secure. Nick fitted a really secure lock quickly and checked my other locks.
