  The deadlock to my apartment failed and I was locked out. Fortunately I did not require an emergency call out and was able to accept a prearranged visit during normal working hours. I contacted Daniel through Checkatrade. He responded very quickly, we exchanged WhatsApp messages clarifying the requirements, he gave me a fixed all inclusive price (very reasonable), we agreed the visit, he arrived on time and completed the job professionally with no damage or mess. He left me with 5 new keys. I would not hesitate in using him again or recommending him to others.
