Lee came out not long after I called as was in area and was just finishing a job. Sorted door problem and lubricated all hinges, now door is working perfectly.

I needed some locks fitted at a retail premises and arranged to meet Lee on site the following day. I was travelling from London to Portsmouth and back that day so didn't want to hang around but Lee was bang on time and fitted the locks with extra keys within an hour, Very happy with the service, definitely use again

Ian, once again, responded rapidly to a request for action upon the securing of a property being sold through my firm of Estate Agents. He visited the building within two hours of contact, calling me from the site, offering his recommendations upon action, and carrying out the agreed work without delay or fuss. Another first-class outcome. I will continue to treat Ian as my go-to for this type of work.

Lee was very polite and punctual. He got the door open non-destructively and fixed the 2 parts of the locking mechanism causing the problem. It wasn't a quick or easy task but Lee persevered and the door locks and unlocks smoothly once again. He was brilliant and I'd call on his services again if the need arose.

Very prompt response. Came out within 2 hours. Knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Found the problem quickly & replaced the mechanism. Much cheaper than all the others that quoted. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Called Lee and within 30 minutes he was at my house get me in. No damage to the door or locks. Excellent service
