Tyrone was so friendly & efficient. He turned up at the time he'd said, he told me the different options, and he had the stuck door unlocked & the mechanism sorted in no time at all, explaining what he was doing along the way. I certainly have a better understanding of how it all works now. Will definitely hang onto his number, should I need a locksmith in the future!
