Turned up on time and did the work to spec (installation of a smart lock and keypad), and reasonably priced. Would strongly recommend.

Brian was the first person to respond. He phoned to ask what the problem was and arranged to come the next day. He sorted the issue out very quickly and was really professional and a really lovely person. The final bill was way lower than I expected too. I would have no hesitation about asking him to come back for any other problem windows. All in all , a really good experience. Thank you Brian.

Brian has saved us on two occasions now! He is a gentleman who very kindly provided a prompt service when we had an emergency on two separate occasions (two seperate doors being jammed, which left us locked out of the room). Both times, he was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable, providing me with information as he worked. I am always impressed by people who can do a good job whilst being able to spread good vibes through their customer service skills. Hopefully we don't have to see you again though! 😄

I used Brian to gain entry into my flat when the lock had malfunctioned and wasn't let me in using the key. Brian arrived within the agreed time, and worked very hard on a job what seemed simple. I would recommend his services to friends and family.
