Work completed to a high standard, very friendly and polite. Had multiple jobs all completed in the same visit. Good communication. Was able to get the job completed within 2 weeks of contacting them. Highly recommended.

I am moving house and have lost the key to my garage door. James came out and gave me a quote, no call out charge which was great! James was able to do the job there ant then, I think it took him a bit longer than he envisaged but he stuck to the quote price that he had told me., he supplied 5 new keys and a good job done. James was very pleasant and I would not hesitate to contact him again if I have any locks or keys needed in the future.

I contacted James today with an issue regarding our front door lock being twisted on one side. James came to our house the same day and fixed the issue within half an hour - replacing the lock with a brand new one which included 5 sets of keys. James was really friendly and knowledgeable. He gave the door a service, cleaned and tightened up the door. All this for a fantastic price. Highly recommended! Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We noticed at 3.45 that our back door wouldn’t lock. We immediately phoned James who we have used before hoping to make an appointment. His response? “I’ll come right now”! He left us at 4.55 having diagnosed and fixed the problem! Amazing customer service and a great at his job. Would thoroughly recommend anytime.

I have called on James to help me twice. The first time I lost the key to my storage unit and no spare was available. James very patiently beavered away and managed to open the padlock and allow me access again. Whilst I watched him work it became apparent he had done a lot of work in the area I had moved to replacing poor quality locks fitted by the builder after they had failed. So I called him to assess my house. He serviced one good lock that was sticking so it now works perfectly and advised replacing two more. All work completed cleanly and efficiently at reasonable cost.

We had a new lock fitted by James. He was incredibly helpful and provided a great service. I’d definitely use him again.
