The Lockforce technician covering our area was excellent in the work undertaken on 2 doors we had problems with, explaining what had occurred, then replacing parts where necessary & making sure all was working perfectly before leaving. All done in a friendly & professional manner. Absolutely recommended.

James did an excellent job replacing all locks on our new home. James is really friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. It was great dealing with him and we will definitely use him again in the future when required.

Following my online enquiry, I was contacted very promptly and arranged a next-day appointment. My broken multipoint lock on the front door was replaced within minutes. I am very pleased with the fast, efficient service that Lockforce provide.

I needed a locksmith to look at a door that my tenant was having difficulty locking, James came out and assessed the issue and gave me a quote for the cost of the repair which I thought was very fair considering parts had to be ordered and he came out, assessed it and then had to go back and fit the parts again on another day. Very professional and courteous service and I highly recommend Lockforce if you need a locksmith.
