Clive arrived promptly on time.An extremely polite gentleman. He looked at the insecure doors and windows and gave options and advice on how to make them more secure. He was very helpful and provided full / clear explanations. He worked really hard to make our house more secure. Clive was the first locksmith in our local area that we found on Google based on the excellent reviews that he had on his other jobs. I'm sometimes suspicious of 10 star reviews but in this case it is fully warranted. Clive was brilliant. Efficient (responding quick on a Sunday) knowledgeable (we had no idea the relatively new lock that was broken into was low quality and he suggested alternatives) and totally clear about price options.
