Repairing the kitchen window lock
Steve was at the property quickly, had everything needed for the job and was incredibly pleasant while he was working. Not only that but he also fixed an issue with the back door of the house after fixing the window. I would absolutely recommend him for any issues that require a locksmith

Fixed handle that was stuck and replaced all internals for door lock
Steve arrived on time. Kept me informed of all work being done, demonstrated to me the faulty parts and worked to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Replace faulty lock with new one
Absolutely fantastic. Cannot fault Steve’s services, response extremely fast and I’m so happy with my new door lock. Feel very safe and secure now and really appreciate how kind and helpful Steve was. He told me any issues I have he’ll be able to come straight out and fix. Best locksmith ever!

Steve has carried out several jobs for me and, every time, I found him to be brilliant. He’s great.
Steve is professional, competent and friendly, always carrying out work to a high standard in good time - for a great price. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a locksmith who can fix the problem fast, well and within budget. We always have lots going on with many children, crazy pets and family noise and he is very calming, approachable and genuine. He’s never once judged me for my bonkers house, which is a huge bonus and much appreciated. Jobs include new locks to front and back, window locks, upgraded internal door fittings and shed and gate locks. He’s a legend!
