Replaced the gears in a pvc door lock

contacted Tom regarding our jammed patio door lock, He responded very quickly and was at our property within the hour!! Unfortunately we need more work than we realised as the mechanism had deteriorated!! He explained everything as he carried out the repair and also the work was guaranteed for 12 months!!
