Sent message via WhatsApp and received a response the same day (Saturday). I provided details of the problem along with photos. Holly came the Tuesday and was able to fix the door. Called Holly at Lockforce in the morning, she came and visited the same day, asked what we wanted and explained the options, took the measurments and retuned the next day to fit our new front and back door locks. very plesant and extremly professional.
