  John's your man!

  I brokew the key off in my front door so couldnt unlock it. A friend passed me Johns details and we arranged an appointment for the following morning. John was able to remove the broken key from the lock without needing to damage the lock. He also help work out a couple of quirks with the door that might have led to the problem in the first place, so my front door and lock now works better than it has for 18 eyars. Thanks John.

  Over and above

  John was very prompt , he fitted the job in between another which was really helpful . He was extremely polite, he informed us of what he was doing at all times. He also thought about the potential problem and took a soft approach, which thankfully had the correct outcome. I would definitely recommend.

  Reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy locksmith

  I would thoroughly recommend John to anyone needing help sorting out a problem with a door; I just wish I had contacted him sooner. He knew exactly what the problem was with my door which would not lock properly even though I had just had a new lock fitted. Basically, it was not aligned. Having assessed the problem on an initial visit, he returned a week later to sort the problem by chiselling the door and inserting new pads. He was polite and courteous and cleared up when he had finished. A friend had recommended him to me; if only I had contacted him sooner.
