Paul from Lockforce was an exceptional locksmith. He was able to fit temporary locks for my peace of mind until the measured and fitted ones arrived. Paul had fantastic communication thourghout, explained the different types of locks well and got quotes back in record timing. Thank you so much Paul!

Although it wasn’t an emergency Paul gave me an early date. He arrived promptly on the day and was courteous and friendly. He was able to extract the broken key which meant it wasn’t necessary to change the lock, reducing the cost of the job. He also took the trouble to adjust the door alignment and use silicone WD40 on the appropriate mechanisms.
