    Carl was and remains amazing - have used his services for over 10 years approx and Carl has rescued me on many occasions!!! Recently locked myself out on the hottest day of the year in June 2026 - Carl helped me get back in. THANK YOU. Always reliable, pleasant and very skilled work with high attention to detail. Would recommend completely, honest, relational, reliable and excellent standard of work. Prices are extremely competitive.

    Was very prompt and professional and even though the job took longer than expected he charged exactly what he quoted. Cleaned up before leaving and explained exactly what he had done. Great job. Would highly recommend

    More efficient than Uber Eats

    I am very grateful to Carl for turning up at my door before I'd even finished explaining the problem over the phone! Whatever it was was fixed in less than 15 minutes as he had everything he needed with him and the front door is once again secure!
