Andy didn't just arrive on time, in fact he arrived early which was much appreciated. He quickly got to work in opening a jammed UPVC door lock. He worked out the root cause in no time and popped out to retrieve the part. On return he fitted the new part and resolved the issue. Andy then explained how to lubricate the mechanism to avoid problems in the future. Thank you Andy for your expertise and great service. Any such future problems I will definitely know who to call first.

Andy was incredibly helpful and was able to rectify the mistakes of a locksmith from a different company had made. He is incredibly knowledgeable and made additional security recommendations for the house. Couldn't be happier.

Needed a new lock fitting after a house move and Andy was very prompt - got in contact with him at 12:30 and by 3pm, it was all fitted! Very happy with service and his local Lockforce teammate who helped settle any security concerns. :) Also helped fit new chain just at the cost of the part as this has also been missing from our door for a while since move in.

Andy was a godsend, a total life saver. His skill and dexterity was amazing. He had to change three locks all quite difficult and one lock was not on the list but he did it anyway. The locks were very high quality and the overall price was very affordable and I can’t recommend him enough. His kindness and lovely personality was wonderful as well.
