Bruce from Lockforce Watford was always polite, informative and tidy. A price was agreed for several locks to be changed in our property and the deal was kept. The job was split over two visits as per agreement and on both occasions he was efficient and in and out within the expected times. He even provided his own boot covers so he didn’t dirty our carpet. Will recommend and re book as required.

Kept informed of required works and price quoted and agreed before work commenced. Arrived on time agreed, polite, tidy and courteous at all times, used shoe covers so not to dirty our carpets. Swept up and disposed of mess afterwards without having to ask. On top of that, a friendly guy! Will use again and recommend.
