We had an issue with our patio doors where they wouldn't lock. John came round the same day we called him, diagnosed the problem, and rectified it for a very reasonable cost.

I locked myself out while packing to go away for the weekend and was in a real pickle! My neighbour rang John from Lockforce and he was able to get me back in my front door within half an hour without any damage or repairs needed. And it wasn’t an extortionate bill either. Absolutely thrilled ! The service he gave was absolutely fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Found Lockforce,( John) details via checkatrade..I had a badly aligned external upvc door..unable to close and lock it. John gave me advice to see if letting door cool down fixed it if not he would come out. I planned to contact him next morning but he messaged me to check..he came out at agreed time and quickly and efficiently realigned the door..it works better than ever now..Service was good and reasonably priced. Great communication and follow up...fully recommend

I contacted to John to replace a front door lock. He outlined the different options and price points, and was flexible on the appointment time. He also very kindly rearranged at short notice when I had unexpected car trouble. On the day he was friendly, professional, and very quick! The new lock is definitely more secure than the old one and came with more than enough spare keys! I would use absolutely use John’s services again, and would recommend him to anyone who needed a locksmith.

John arrived promptly to replace a door lock, however, upon further inspection identified the gear box was defective and needed replacing therefore a much bigger job than initially anticipated. John worked tirelessly and patiently to resolve the issue which took significantly longer than anticipated and required a second visit. Despite this, John only quoted for the original work. I would highly recommend John as a result of his friendly, professional approach and high standards of workmanship. This is the second time I've used John's services and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
