John was super friendly and helpful, ran me through all the repairs as he was going. Supremely dog friendly too, which is always a plus.

I messaged lockforce at around 7pm on a Friday night after moving into a new property. John offered to attend at 10am the next morning to discuss my options. He arrived on time and due to his excellent stock on the van had resolved our problem promptly. Would absolutely recommend this company, and would definitely use them again in the future.

Emailed John at lockforce yesterday afternoon regarding my (85 year old) mothers lock problems. John called me within an hour and was at the house carrying out the work within 30mins (corroded internals). New lock fitted quickly, no fuss and at a very reasonable price. Happy with the work and service and my Mother described John as a "very nice man"

Front door would not open messaged John late at night and he replied within a short while to arrange to come out the following day. He was extremely efficient and fixed the door quickly. Would highly recommend

UPVC door was stuck in closed & locked position because the lock gearbox mechanism was broken so I could not get the door open to replace it. Originally contacted a door fitting company to see if they could help but they suggested a lock smith instead. Contacted Lockforce and John arrived on time the following day. John worked efficiently and professionally and was able to get the door open without damaging the door, or the frame. He replaced the lock gearbox mechanism with a new one that he had available in stock. Very happy with the work done, highly recommended.
