Ross came to replace our front door handle which had come loose late Sunday evening. I enquired right away on Sunday and he was able to fit us in Monday afternoon. Ross had a solution straight away and the work was carried out quickly to replace the handle, which he thankfully had stock of a very similar style. He also readjusted areas in the frame itself where the lock wasn’t aligning properly which was all included in the price quoted when he arrived. Really happy, thanks again Ross.
