Chris is a great guy and knows his work! We had a issue with our patio door lock which he repaired perfectly. Unlike a lot of other people who prefer to take the easy route of asking to get everything replaced, he focused on fixing the issue which cost way less compared to buying a new system. Thank you again for a job well done!

As simple as it should be

They showed up at the time they promised. Opened our locked door without any harm. I hope I don’t need them anymore but if I do, they are the guys you can trust.

Chris said he would arrive within the hour but arrived in half an hour. He worked hard to get the door open without any damage and when after trying for a while to pick the lock he used a different method. Very impressed with his professionalism and care and the price was what he quoted me on the phone.

The operative was very helpful and friendly. He had to come to us 3 times in total, but he was very good and efficient. It turns out our door isn't a standard size, so it threw up more problems than expected. Chris did a very good job under the circumstances and I would recommend him.
