Extremely fast response, reasonable price and very quick resolution. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Have used before so when I couldn't get the pvcu front door closed without a fight having had it stood open in hot weather knew who to call. The locking mechanism was doing its thing but the handle was not right. Lockforce attended, promptly diagnosed issues, door had dropped slightly plus needed new handle bits. They carry lots of spares but, it's this house, didn't have handle to fit so have ordered in. In the meantime he has adjusted door so now closes smoothly without catching, better than was before, dismantled handle bits and refitted for now. Very reasonable bill, as always.

Chris is an absolute hero! I've used Chris for a number of different projects over several years now, and he has consistently been a lifesaver every single time. Whatever the job, he's always available at extremely short notice — same day, often within the hour. That kind of reliability is rare, and it's made a real difference more than once. Not enough good, honest tradespeople like this around. Couldn't recommend Chris highly enough — if you need a locksmith you can actually count on, this is your man.

We had a real emergency - a young female locked out of her flat: the key wouldn't turn and wouldn't pull out either. One phone call to Lockforce and Chris was there very quickly - a real knight to the rescue. Very quickly he got the damsel in distress into her flat and made everything secure again. It turns out the inside of the lock had failed, so he ordered a new one and fitted it within a couple of days. That's real service!

Excellent service from Chris, arrived 45 minutes after phone call. Would highly recommend and use again.
