My back door lock failed so I contacted Craig at Lockforce Swindon by phone and explained the problem. My house was insecure at this point. Craig was very reassuring and although he was busy, he guaranteed that he would attend that day. He soon found the problem and efficiently changed the lock in no time. He was very pleasant.
