What a lovely man. Kittens in a hot upstairs room and we were unable to open the door. Tim came promptly and set about sorting the door , it wasn’t playing ball and took considerable skill as well as tenacity to sort it out (a lesser man would have given up) door opened new lock fitted and kittens fed and watered. Tim was great! Very helpful, and did some extra servicing - re balancing of the double patio doors, and helping fix the garage door lock. He was relatively local, and was able to pop around on the day within an hour or so.

I was having a problem with a UPVC door handle that was not operating properly. Tim was able to identify the issue and replace the worn part. He was professional, reliable and knowledgeable could not ask for more. Would recommend/ use again.

I called Sunday morning and Tim Ashby answered. I told him the perceived problem and he said he would be there at 1300. Tim arrived on time and was friendly , knowledgeable and took time to show and explain the problem. He secured the doors overnight and arrived back on time Monday morning and replaced the worn out part. I asked the price on the first visit and was pleased to find the final bill was exactly as it should be. Tim is very competitive price wise and is someone I will highly recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith. Tim is a credit to the locksmith trade and I'm glad I found him.
